Born and raised in Argentina, to a family of European immigrants, Serg was extremely fortunate to grow up exposed to a wide variety of businesses; from the fishing industry to hotel and restaurant entrepreneurship, where he learned great skills that shaped him for the future.

Unfortunately, Argentina was going through a very difficult time; economic despair, high levels of crime and unemployment, among other issues. So, like his ancestors who left Europe half a century earlier, he left for a new adventure to the USA, the land of opportunities!

Upon arrival in New York Serg was faced with 

with a host of challenges such as learning an unfamiliar language and culture, but he quickly assimilated to his new way of life. Approximately 5 years later, he moved to South Florida where he met the Love of his life, Monica.

Monica was born and raised in Miami and stayed close to home for her college studies. When she met Serg, she had recently graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minor in Engineering.

Monica and Serg fell in love and soon after moved to Key West where Serg was transferred for a managerial position with a car rental agency. Monica was fortunate to find work with a flourishing firm in Key West.

After two years in Key West and newly-wed, another transfer was in Serg’s future. 

Moving back to Miami Beach, he continued to work in the car rental industry and then ventured to start a construction business. Given the experience he acquired after more than a decade in the construction industry, he realized he could maximize his potential and go full circle by obtaining a Real Estate license and became a Sales Associate at Broker’s LLC of Weston.

Meanwhile, Monica remained with the same architecture firm, working remotely from Miami-Dade and then Broward counties, before working remotely was even a thing! She grew with the company and soon was responsible for the production and coordination of numerous multi-million dollar projects, ranging from hospitality to residential to commercial. Monica’s forte lies in her ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved in the development of a project, in her diligence with regard to coordination of all project aspects, and in her dedication to the final realization of the client’s vision. This firm became her lifelong career, having retired after 30 years in 2021.

The experience Monica gained as an Architect is a tremendous asset and translates perfectly to the Real Estate Market. Effective communication, diligence and dedication are all attributes that benefit buyers and sellers alike.

Monica joined Serg at Broker’s LLC in 2021.
