According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the world population is expanding at a mind-boggling rate. It is estimated that the population will grow to over 9 billion people by 2050.

The world has a fixed amount of natural resources - some of which are already depleted. So as population growth greatly strains our limited resources, there are fewer resources available. If we intend to leave our children and grandchildren with the same standard of living we have enjoyed, we must preserve the foundation of that standard of living.

For every ton of paper that is recycled, the following is saved: 7,000 gallons of water; 380 gallons of oil; and enough electricity to power an average house for six months.

Taking these facts into consideration, we here at Broker’s have taken the initiative in going GREEN!

We have created the program BROKER’S SEEDS Our Company Our World, designed to encourage saving our planet while we do our profession on a daily basis.

It’s not only a dream, it will be a hands on project where for every sale closing transaction completed, Broker’s will donate $2 to a nonprofit organization that focuses on saving our planet. BROKER’S SEEDS, will not only be helping with regards to the resources we use, but in the near future, also helping those in need.

As a part of Broker’s, you can be a part of BROKER’S SEEDS and you can be part of Our Company and Our World by making an additional donation of $2 for any transaction you complete. Please note this is not mandatory, and we will be sending each of you information on what organization we are helping that month.
